Common questions

How do I log in to the app?

Use the username / registered mobile number and password given by your branch. The same login works on the website student panel and the app.

I forgot my password.

Message your branch on WhatsApp with the student’s name and level. They will reset it for you.

I don’t have a login yet.

Logins are created after enrolment. If you have enrolled but not received one, contact your branch.

The app is not loading or shows an error.

Check your internet connection, make sure the app is updated from the Google Play Store, then close and reopen it. If it still fails, send us a screenshot on WhatsApp.

My child’s progress or score looks wrong.

Tell the class teacher or branch — they can check the records and correct them.

Does the app have ads or in-app purchases?

No. There are no ads and no in-app purchases. Fees are paid directly to your branch.

Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Star Mind Abacus app account and the associated data at any time.

Send a WhatsApp message or email to your branch (contacts above), or to rupalimane7397@gmail.com, with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Include the student’s name, branch and registered mobile number so we can verify the request comes from the parent/guardian.
We confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted: the login, profile details, practice/test history, scores and progress reports.

What may be kept: fee receipts and enrolment records we are legally required to keep for accounting/tax purposes, retained only for the required period and then deleted.
