Level certificates, class presentations and competitions that teach children to back themselves.
Each level runs about three months, with a written assessment before a child moves up. Levels are the same at both branches, so a child can transfer between Pune and Nashik without repeating work.
About an hour, in small batches so every child gets attention.
10–15 minutes at home from the level workbook keeps speed climbing.
A written test at the end of each level, then a certificate and the next book.
Both branches run online batches with the same material and tests.
